The Board of Directors of FIBON wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has resolved to recommend a Single-Tier Final divided of 1.10 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 May 2025,subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Entitlement Date and Date of Payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced by FIBON in due course.
