The Board of Directors of LFG wishes to announce that Melisar Corporation Pte. Ltd. and Gimsar Corporation Pte. Ltd., both indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of LFG had on 18 September 2025 entered into two separate Memorandum of Agreements for the acquisition of the vessels, MV Pacific Ace and MV Pacific Pride a total cash consideration of USD27.475 million (approximately RM115.05 million based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s USD/MYR exchange rate as at 5:00 p.m. on 17 September 2025, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement) from HMM Co.
