Pursuant to Rule 10.06 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that West River Engineering Sdn. Bhd.(“WRE” or “Purchaser”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 19 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Orangebeam Development Sdn. Bhd. (“OBC” or “Vendor”) to acquire one (1) parcel of land located at Lot 32, Presint 2, Bandar Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (“Land”) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eight Million Four Hundred Thousand (RM8,400,000.00) only subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the SPA (“Proposed Acquisition”).
