The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 September 2025 entered into a Framework Agreement (“Agreement”) with OMH and AUBO to formally express their respective willingness to cooperate and to establish a cooperative framework for the development of an automated warehousing facility of approximately two (2) million pallet positions in Malaysia based on the principles of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit and good faith, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
