Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OMH, has successfully completed the settlement pursuant to the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement announced on 27 August 2025, in respect of its 60% equity interest in OM Materials (Qinzhou) Co., Ltd. to Shaanxi Sinian Metal & Mining Co., Ltd.
