All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Announcements.)
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Subscription have been completed following the allotment and issuance of 98,372,000 RCPS to Telaxis today.
As set out in the terms of the SSA, the RCPS will not be listed, quoted or traded on Bursa Securities or any stock exchange.
