The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 September 2025 entered into a Framework Agreement (“Agreement”) with CSI to formally express their respective intentions and to establish a framework for cooperation and collaboration for the development of approximately two (2) million pallet positions of automated warehousing facilities in Malaysia and appointment of CSI as the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning contractor to undertake the complete construction solution for the automated warehouses based on the principles of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit and good faith, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
