The Board of Directors of CHGP (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA” or "Agreement") with Miroad Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd (“MRISB” or “Purchaser”) for the disposal of the following two (2) pieces of freehold industrial lands for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Nineteen Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM19,300,000.00) only (“Disposal Price”) (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Disposal”):-

1. Geran Mukim 266, Lot 240, Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor (“Title 1”), measuring approximately 1.3506 hectares and bearing a postal address of Lot 240, Jalan Kangkar Tebrau, Kampung Kangkar Tebrau, 81100, Johor Bahru (“Lot 240”); and

2. Geran Mukim 755, Lot 44506, Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor (“Title 2”), measuring approximately 0.8877 hectares and bearing a postal address of Lot 44506, Jalan Kangkar Tebrau, Kampung Kangkar Tebrau, 81100, Johor Bahru (“Lot 44506”).

(Title 1 & Title 2 shall collectively be referred to as the “Titles”)

(Lot 240 & Lot 44506 shall collectively be referred to as the “Properties”).
