Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 17 January 2023, 18 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 10 February 2023, 13 February 2023, 17 February 2023, 11 May 2023 and 29 August 2023. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiary, Revenue Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Revenue Harvest”) have discontinued their claim in Suit No. WA-22NCC-13-01/2023 against Ng Shih Chiow, Ng Shih Fang and Safety & Bullet Film Sdn Bhd (“Claim”) with no liberty to file afresh and no order as to costs.
In this regard, the Company and Revenue Harvest have decided not to pursue the matters in the Claim in relation to transaction involving Safety & Bullet Film Sdn Bhd and the Toyota Vellfire bearing registration number BPR3108 any further.
Similarly, Ng Shih Chiow and Ng Shih Fang have discontinued their counterclaim against, among others, the Company and Revenue Harvest with no liberty to file afresh and no order as to costs.
