The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are in respect of the re-election of Directors and the details will be circulated to the shareholders together with the Annual Report 2025 in due course.
