Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 March 2025, 14 April 2025 and 29 April 2025. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements of the Company shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of LPI, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 September 2025 and 24 September 2025, received approval letters from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia granting the Company and Lonpac an extension of time of 6 months commencing from 4 December 2025 to 3 June 2026 to complete the Disposal of Sale Shares.
