Further to the announcement of GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) dated 1 April 2024 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding-up of JB Parade Condominium Sdn Bhd (“JBPC”), an indirect subsidiary of GLM, GLM now writes to inform that the Liquidator of JBPC had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding-up of JBPC. A Return By Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 22 September 2025 and the Official Receiver on 24 September 2025 (“Lodgement Date”). On the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, JBPC will be dissolved.
