The Closing Price of RM3.0160 was determined based on the average closing price of the GENTING Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised GENTINGC3O will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to GENTINGC3O shall terminate absolutely.
