The Board of Directors of Avangaad wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 September 2025 received a notice in writing dated 24 September 2025 pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. KPMG PLT on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and their term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from the notice date of 24 September 2025.

Messrs. KPMG PLT was re-appointed as the External Auditors of the Company at the Thirty-First Annual General Meeting ("31st AGM") of the Company held on 28 May 2025 to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of Messrs. KPMG PLT is on a voluntary basis and made on the ground of disagreement on the proposed audit fees.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board also wishes to announce that the members of the Board had approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the replacement auditors of the Company after assessing their capabilities, independence and proposed audit fees.

The appointment of Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the new Auditors of the Company is subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the written consent has been received.
