In view of Mr. David Charles Brunt's retirement and his stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of Yinson Renewables, effective 31 December 2025, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Vegard Urnes, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, as the new Chief Executive Officer of Yinson Renewables effective 1 January 2026.
