Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 April 2025 wherein Bursa Securities had approved the application for an extension of time up to 25 September 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Meridian, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 September 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of nine (9) months i.e. up to 25 June 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("Third EOT Application").
The outcome of the application of the Third EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
