Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those given to them in the announcements dated 13 March 2025, 17 March 2025 and 2 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the following applications in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing have been submitted to the relevant authorities on 26 September 2025:
(a) the application for the Proposed Listing, registrable Prospectus and application for the Proposed Withdrawal have been submitted to Bursa Securities;
(b) the application for the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Bumiputera Equity Requirement has been submitted to the Equity Compliance Unit of the Securities Commission; and
(c) the application for the allocation of IPO Shares to Bumiputera investors to be approved by MITI has been submitted to MITI.
