Reference is made to the Company’s prospectus dated 30 August 2022 (“Prospectus”) that was issued in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 September 2022 (“Listing”). The Company has raised total gross proceeds of RM48.60 million from its IPO (“IPO Proceeds”).
The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of approximately RM3.71 million of the IPO Proceeds which have been earmarked for capital expenditure for new cold storage warehouse (“Intended Purpose”), for a further 6 months until 26 March 2026 (“Extension of Time”).
