We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 23 June 2025 in respect of the Winding Up Petition dated 18 June 2025 and Affidavit Verifying Petition dated 19 June 2025 served to EVD Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“EVDE”) by the Petitioner through their solicitors, for an alleged amount RM367,000.00 purportedly due and owing to the Petitioner.
The Company wishes to announce that on 26 September 2025, EVDE received the sealed Court Order which states that upon the Court hearing held on 24 September 2025, the Court ordered that:
(a) The Winding Up Petition dated 18 June 2025 is struck out with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs; and (b) Deposit made by the Petitioner in the sum of RM3,000.00 be returned to the Petitioner by the Malaysian Department of Insolvency.
