The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 23 September 2025 and 24 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 September 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 53,253,563 new ordinary shares in Edelteq to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

i. Edelteq and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

ii.In the event the Private Placement is not completed before the next AGM, UOBKH is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM for the authority to issue shares pursuant to the Act before the listing of the Placement Shares;

iii.Edelteq and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement; and

iv.Edelteq is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Private Placement is completed.
