Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 25 September 2025 in respect of the resignation of External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Avangaad wishes to announce that Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT, having consented to act, is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company on 29 September 2025, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of the previous auditors.
The Board of Directors of Avangaad, after a thorough evaluation process, is of the view that Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT possesses the requisite expertise, experience, and resources to act as the Company's auditors and has shortlised Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the External Auditors of Avangaad and its group of Companies pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.
