The Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 September 2025, received a notice in writing dated 23 September 2025 ("Notice") from Messrs Kreston John & Gan on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016, the terms of office of Messrs Kreston John & Gan will end on 14 October 2025, being after twenty-one (21) days from the date of the Notice.

The resignation of Messrs Kreston John & Gan is based on mutual consent of both parties due to a disagreement on the audit fee.

The Company has commenced the process of identifying new external auditors in place of Messrs Kreston John & Gan and shall make the relevant announcement in due course.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
