WITHDRAWAL OF WINDING-UP PETITION FILED BY FUJI XEROX ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD

The Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad (“CHHB”) wishes to announce that the Winding-up Petition No. BA-28NCC-547-08/2025, registered at the High Court of Malaya Shah Alam, by Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (fka Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd) (“Petitioner”) against Golden Horse Palace Berhad (“GHPB”), [Company No. 199201012722 (244225-V)], a wholly owned subsidiary of CHHB was fully withdrawn. 

Following to a full payment settlement amounting to RM142,697.78 to the Petitioner on 4 September 2025, the Petitioner has withdrawn the said Petition on 25 September 2025 via video conference confirming the settlement to the Learned Judge of the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam who subsequently ordered for the Winding-Up to be withdrawn against GHPB.  The sealed Order dated 25 September 2025 has been duly extracted and served upon the CHHB on 29 September 2025.

Consequent thereto, the matter is regarded as closed. The withdrawal of the petition will not have any material financial or operational impact on CHHB and its group of companies.
