The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. We refer to the announcements dated 9 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 12 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 7 August 2025, 22 August 2025, 9 September 2025 and 23 September 2025 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board of the Manager had on 30 September 2025 fixed the issue price for the Placement (tranche 2) at RM0.825 per Placement Unit, which represents a discount of approximately:- i. 6.34% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price ("VWAP") of the Units of RM0.8808, up to and including 29 September 2025, being the last traded day of KIP REIT Units immediately preceding the price-fixing date; and ii. 5.04% to the adjusted 5-day VWAP of the Units up to and including 29 September 2025 of RM0.8688 after taking into account the advanced income distribution of 1.20 sen per unit for the period from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025. CIMB and UOBKH acted as the placement agents for the Placement.
