Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 19 August 2024, 23 August 2024, 19 February 2025, 21 February 2025, 19 May 2025, 18 June 2025, 31 July 2025 and 2 September 2025 in respect of the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and acronyms used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the announcement made on 19 February 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that following the fulfilment of all necessary Conditions Precedent in the SSA, the Proposed Acquisition had become unconditional on 30 September 2025.
The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
