The Board of Directors had on 30 September 2025 approved the change of financial year end of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") from "30 September" to "31 March", to enhance resources planning and to improve the management of audit, annual reporting and Annual General Meeting in the future. Consequently, the next set of Audited Financial Statements of the Group shall be made up from 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2026, covering a period of eighteen (18) months.
