Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 5 March 2025 in relation to the EOT Application and the announcements dated 30 June 2025 and 13 August 2025 in relation to the variation between actual value and estimated value by 10% or more.

Pursuant to Rule 10.09(2)(e) of Listing Requirements and Paragraph 2.0 of Guidance Note 8 of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPTs entered into by Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd (“Savelite”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with its related parties, U-Teknik Trading (KL) Sdn Bhd (“U-Teknik KL”) and U-Teknik Trading Sdn Bhd (“U-Teknik Trading”), had exceeded the estimated value of the RRPTs as disclosed in the EOT Application approved by Bursa Securities by more than 10%.

The variation was due to a project owner granted the approval to the Company in March 2025 for the purchase of main switchboards, sub-switchboards and distribution boards from U-Teknik KL and U-Teknik Trading amounting to RM3.8 million. This amount was not included in the estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the EOT Application approved by Bursa Securities on 5 March 2025.

M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A”), being the Sponsor, was responsible for the admission of ES Sunlogy to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 20 February 2025. M&A assumes no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
