Further to the Company’s announcement made on 15 August 2024 relating to the members’ voluntary winding-up of Baker & Cook (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“BCM”), a 50%-owned joint venture company of Megafort Sdn Bhd, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of  PMCB, the Company wishes to announce that BCM had held its final meeting on 30 September 2025 to conclude its members’ voluntary winding-up (“Final Meeting”).

The Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting (“Return”) will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver within 7 days from the Final Meeting, and on the expiration of 3 months from the date of the lodgment of the Return, BCM will be dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
