As the Closing Price is lower than KOSSAN-C78's Exercise Price of RM1.75, holders of KOSSAN-C78 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised KOSSAN-C78 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the KOSSAN-C78 shall terminate absolutely.
