Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 January 2025, 28 February 2025, 9 April 2025, 16 June 2025, 24 June 2025, 25 June 2025, 21 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 29 July 2025, 12 August 2025, 19 August 2025 and 20 August 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of EGB (“Board”), Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the fourth tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.188 per Placement Share.
The aforementioned issue price represents a discount of approximately 9.75% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of EGB Shares up to and including 29 September 2025 (being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date) of RM0.2083.
