| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Chin Jian Ji ("Mr. Chin") is a technology leader and entrepreneur with proven expertise in business transformation, product innovation with AI, and scaling technology ventures.
Prior to his current appointment, he served as Group Chief Technology Officer of Systech Bhd., where he oversaw enterprise technology solutions across multiple sectors, established a programming team in Indonesia to strengthen regional capabilities, and spearheaded innovative projects such as a Plantation Management System for one of Malaysia's largest plantation groups.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Director of TalentCloud AI Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Systech Bhd., where he has successfully restructured operations, achieved significant cost reductions, accelerated project delivery through AI adoption, and is driving the company's growth with the aim of becoming a leading HRMS vendor in the region.
Among his notable achievements, as Founder and CEO of GPS Fleet Sdn. Bhd. (later acquired by BayaPay), Mr. Chin developed a fleet management system adopted by thousands of users, secured multiple rounds of venture capital and private equity funding, received various industry awards, and forged strategic partnerships with major Malaysian telecommunications companies to expand product distribution. |
