| Working experience and occupation | He was formerly an Independent Non-Executive Director of DPS Resources Berhad and also the Chairman of its Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee. He was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ho Wah Genting Berhad from 11 December 2007 to 15 June 2018. He has more than 28 years of extensive experience in the fields of finance, accounting, auditing and management consultancy.
