The Board of Directors of ORNA wishes to announce that Ornapaper Industry (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“OIMSB” or "the Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ORNA, had on 2 October 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement for Land and Building (“SPA”) with Fairway Review Sdn. Bhd. (“FRSB” or "the Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of two (2) pieces of the following leasehold vacant lands, expiring on 17 October 2123, which is currently being developed by the Vendor to erect, build and construct four (4) storey worker hostel building together with one (1) unit of guard house (“the said Building”) on the following leasehold vacant lands, for a total purchase consideration of RM7,200,000.00 (”Proposed Acquisition”): -
(i) H.S.(M) No: 2730, Lot No: PT 6975, Mukim Bachang, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Negeri Melaka measuring approximately 1,854 square meters (19,957 square feet); and (ii) H.S. (M) No: 2731, Lot No: PT 6976, Mukim Bachang, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Negeri Melaka measuring approximately 28 square meters (302 square feet).
(Collectively, referred to as "the said Property").
