Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 13 March 2025, 15 April 2025, 9 May 2025, 10 June 2025, 14 July 2025 and 18 September 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the CIPAA served by TPSB against DDSB.
The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that on 6 October 2025, TPSB, through its solicitors Messrs. Ben Lee & Sharen, acting on behalf of TPSB, served a Statutory Notice pursuant to Section 465(1)(e) and Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 to DDSB. The notice was served to DDSB at both its registered and business addresses, demanding payment of the adjudicated sum together with the relevant costs amounting to RM3,170,558.68 as determined by the Adjudication Decision dated 17 September 2025.
The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in respect of this matter, in compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
