Reply to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query dated 6 October 2025.

We refer to ORNA’s announcement dated 2 October 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) manner in which the purchase consideration of RM7,200,000 will be satisfied;

2) the net book value for the Property based on latest audited financial statements;

3) with reference to the 4-storey worker hostel building which is currently being developed by the Vendor, to incorporate the following information:

a) number of units and built-up area of each unit;

b) commencement date and expected completion date of the development;

c) existing stage of the development and percentage of completion; and

d) whether relevant approvals for the development of the worker hostel building have been obtained and dates obtained;

4) details of Clause 4, Clause 20 and Clause 24 of the SPA;

5) the effect of the Proposed Acquisition on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing for the financial year ending 31 December 2026; and

6) time and place where the valuation report may be inspected.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
