(Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms set out in the announcement dated 12 September 2025 shall apply herein.)

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 8 October 2025 been served with the Statutory Demand issued pursuant to Sections 465(1)(e) and 466(1)(a) and (2) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co., the solicitors acting for Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Berhad (“the Plaintiff”).

Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd. is required to pay the sum of RM8,688,396.38 as at 7 October 2025 together with all charges accruing until full realization, or to secure or compound the same to the reasonable satisfaction within 21 days upon service of this Statutory Demand. Failing which, Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd. shall be deemed to be unable to pay the debts and appropriate action will be taken without further notice for the winding-up of Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd.
