The Board of Directors of PECCA wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd ("PASSB"), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Betamek Research Sdn Bhd (“BRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Betamek Berhad, during the Selangor Aerospace Summit 2025 held from 8-10 October 2025. PASSB and BRSB shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

This MOU formalises a strategic collaboration between PASSB and BRSB to explore joint efforts in the research, design, development, production, and commercialisation of In-Flight Entertainment and In-Train Entertainment systems. The collaboration will leverage the Parties’ respective expertise, technological know-how, capacity, and capabilities, with a focus on, but not limited to, the Asia Pacific markets.

The areas of collaboration include the following:

1. Seat Integration & Technical Design
2. Interface, Terminal & Content Development
3. Prototyping & Testing
4. Market Development & Access
5. Co-branding & Commercialisation Strategy
