Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 August 2025 and 2 October 2025, respectively.

The Board of Directors of CARZO wishes to announce that, after due consideration, the Company has decided not to submit an appeal to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") against the de-listing within the Appeal Timeframe, i.e. on or before 9 October 2025.

In connection with the above, the Company wishes to inform that the trading of the securities of CARZO will be suspended with effect from 10 October 2025, and the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 15 October 2025, in accordance with Bursa Securities’ letter dated 2 October 2025.
