We refer to the announcements made on 21 March 2025, 24 March 2025, 10 April 2025, 24 April 2025, 5 June 2025 and 6 June 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the approval from Bursa Securities dated 10 April 2025 for the Private Placement had lapsed on 9 October 2025 (“Approval”).
The Company had completed the listing of 48,000,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 6 June 2025 and the Private Placement is deemed completed upon the expiry of the Approval.
