The Board of Directors of Kluang Rubber wishes to announce that the Board had on 10 October 2025 recommended the following proposed dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 66th Annual General Meeting ("66th AGM") of the Company. The said dividends, subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming 66th AGM, will be made payable on 2 January 2026 to shareholders whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 15 December 2025:- (a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share (b) Proposed Single Tier Bonus Dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share
