Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 August 2020, 2 September 2020, 6 October 2020, 15 March 2022, 20 October 2023 and 22 May 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the hearing of the appeal initially fixed on 5 May 2026 was vacated by the Court.
The Court has given the following new directions: (a) parties to file written submissions, executive summary (if any), special bundle, and common core bundle (if any) on or before 2 March 2026; (b) parties to file written submissions in reply on or before 16 March 2026; and (c) the new hearing date for the appeal is fixed for 31 March 2026.
The next case management is fixed for 17 March 2026.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development of the above matter as and when necessary.
