The Board of Directors of PTTS wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Fifty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposal will be uploaded in due course onto the Company's website at https://ptt.com.my/ together with the Company's 2025 Annual Report, and upon request, despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
