Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 May 2025 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 11 October 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MHB, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that it had on 10 October 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 6 months until 11 April 2026 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
