Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 15 April 2024, 10 June 2024, 16 July 2024, 16 October 2024, 13 November 2024, 12 August 2025 and 21 August 2025 in relation to the arbitration between Top International Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and SymLife Star Kiara Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as TWY Development Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SymLife, arising from a project known as "TWY @ Mont Kiara".

The Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiff’s application (Vary Application) to vary the stay of execution order granted on 19 February 2025 (Stay Order) was fixed for case management before the Honourable Mr. Justice Azlan bin Sulaiman today.

(a) The Plaintiff’s solicitors informed the Court that the former solicitors for the Defendant had not drawn up the Stay Order;

(b) The Defendant’s solicitors informed the Court that they had just recently taken over conduct of the matter on 7 October 2025 and will conduct a minute search and prepare the draft Stay Order accordingly;

(c) The Defendant’s solicitors further informed the Court that the Defendant shall oppose to the Vary Application; and

(d) The Honourable Judge directed as follows:

(i) Defendant to file its affidavit in reply by 27 October 2025;

(ii) The Plaintiff to file its affidavit in reply by 6 November 2025;

(iii) Written submissions to be filed by the parties on/before 17 November 2025, and replies by the parties to be filed on/before 24 November 2025; and

(iv) The Vary Application is fixed for decision on 5 December 2025.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments in respect of this matter.
