Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 January 2025 in connection with the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of Euro Distributors Sdn. Bhd. (“EDSB”), being the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, the Company wishes to announce that the Liquidator of EDSB had on 9 October 2025 convened the final meeting to conclude the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of EDSB.
The Return by Liquidator relating to final meeting of EDSB was lodged with the Registrar and the Official Receiver on 14 October 2025 (“Lodgement Date”), and on the expiration of three (3) months after the Lodgement Date, EDSB will be dissolved pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
