The Board of Directors of LCTH wishes to announce that the LINE Project, an Integrated Petrochemical Facility developed through the Company’s subsidiary, PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia, with a production capacity of 1 million tonnes of ethylene and 520,000 tonnes of propylene per year, and located in Merak, Cilegon, Banten Province, Indonesia successfully commenced commercial operations on 15 October 2025.
The LINE Project is a US$3.95 billion joint venture between the Company, holding 51% equity interest, and our parent, Lotte Chemical Corporation, holding 24% equity interest.
