The Company had on 7 November 2022 announced that DTSB had accepted the Letter of Award dated 31 October 2022 from KDN for the supply of foreign worker cards (i-Kad) to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (“JIM”) (“Contract”) for a period of thirty-six (36) months commencing from 1 November 2022 to 31 October 2025 for a contract value of RM140,000,000.00.
The Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce that DTSB has on 15 October 2025 received and accepted the Letter of Amendment to the Contract (“Letter of Amendment”) dated 6 October 2025 from KDN in respect of the extension of the above Contract, for a period of eighteen (18) months commencing from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2027.
