The Board of Directors of PTTS wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority for the Company to Purchase of up to 10% of the Total Number of Issued Shares of the Company at the forthcoming Fifty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
A Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposal will be uploaded in due course onto the Company's website at https://ptt.com.my/ together with the Company's 2025 Annual Report, and upon request, despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
