Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 13 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 13 October 2025.
The Board wishes to announce that during a hearing held on 14 October 2025, the Court has dismissed Leyo’s application for an ad interim injunction against the Manufacturers pending the inter partes hearing. The inter partes hearing for the injunction has been fixed on 5 November 2025.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
