We refer to the announcement on 24 September 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 16 October 2025, informed that it has decided to reject the application for a further extension of time.
In view of the above, the Company has received a Notice to Show Cause from Bursa Securities whereby the Company has been accorded five (5) market days from 16 October 2025, i.e. on or before 24 October 2025 to make written representations supported by documentary evidence (if any) to Bursa Securities as to:
(a) why a suspension should not be imposed on the trading of the securities of the Company; and (b) why the securities of the Company should not be de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
Further to that, the Board hereby announces that the Company will make the written representations to Bursa Securities within the five (5) market days on or before 24 October 2025 as accorded by Bursa Securities.
